Its installed a little higher than normal which was requested due to a future requirement.
The Smart POE chime was installed in the ceiling of the first floor landing so that it can cover both the upstairs and downstairs. Please note that even with the audio of the Chime at 100% some areas of the house may not be as audible when the bell is rang. Additional Chimes can be paired to the same G4 Doorbell Pro to provide additional coverage if needed.
The blue status LED can be disabled in the settings for the chime via the UniFi controller.
